Happy Easter!!! and burrrrrrrrr!! Someone said the other day, how strange we had Easter weather at Christmas and now we have Christmas weather for Easter. Oh well, global warming I guess. With such crazy weather I have been extra busy with piecing a few new tops and getting several things quilted as well as a couple of applique projects. Oh, and I celebrated Easter with my family.

I know that so many of you enjoyed our Spring Fling last week. It really was a great opportunity to get borders and backings for all your projects. Several of you also pulled together fabric for new projects. Don't forget to bring in your receipts from last week and we will give you a coupon for 10% of the totals. This coupon will be good for any and all items rung on the Notions Key. The coupon will be good for a one-time shopping experience through May 31. Just as a reminder, we ring all notions, books, patterns and batting on the Notions Key.

When you come in this week you will be delighted to see a lot of new fabric. Chelsea Boutique from Blackbird Designs/Moda is a wonderful collection and I have made a sweet little table topper/wall hanging that looks so vintage. A new panel for your little boy will delight ages from newborn to elementary age. Add a wooden train or Thomas Tank Engine and the fun just won't stop. And a collection from Benartex that will stop hearts left and right. 20 of the most beautiful blues and yellows, you won't know where to start and then another 16 pieces of green and fuchsia. This whole collection is called Kimiko's Chinoiserie. An unbelievable group of colors and designs. I have the green/fuchsia ready for your approval and am still working on the blue and yellow. I can't tell you when we have had anything so exciting.

Also, in the gift department, we have a wonderful group of candles, and scented soaps in the most delightful boxes. These are perfect gifts for everyone on your gift list. We are also expecting a shipment of new gift items this week--come in and check them out.

Stay warm and stop by and see all of our new arrivals. Barbara
